Initiate Your Request
Log into your Safelight account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, deactivated from any cloud accounts, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
